The TC Advantage is founded and run by Lauren Noack, Certified Transaction Coordinator. Lauren has over 10 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator and a background in marketing and interior design. After working for years as a personal assistant to a top producing real estate agent, Lauren decided to branch out on her own to start The TC Advantage. Her goal was to use her skills and experience to efficiently execute Broker compliant files combined with the one on one customer service of a personal assistant. Lauren is a founding member and current Treasurer for the California Association of Transaction Coordinators (CATC) and has received certification from the California Association of Realtors (CAR) as a Transaction Coordinator and as a Forms Trainer. When she's not in the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, road trips and vegan food.
Bri Gomes’ real estate career began in 2012. After graduating from California State University Sacramento with a degree in Business Finance, she obtained her California Real Estate Salesperson License. Bri has an in-depth understanding of the real estate process as she has worked as both a transaction coordinator and Realtor. Her passion and experience make her a great fit for this position as she is very organized, efficient and skilled at multitasking to successfully manage multiple transactions and ensure contractual timelines are met. She lives in San Diego and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants and attending live music events.
Kimberly kicked off her real estate journey in early 2016, stepping into the role of an administrative assistant at a bustling property management and sales brokerage. Since then, she's been steadily climbing the ladder. By the end of 2016, Kim proudly earned her title as a Certified Transaction Coordinator, a testament to her dedication.
In 2018, she took the next big step, obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson License. Then, in 2020, she went on to secure her Real Estate Brokers License, showcasing her ongoing commitment to growth.
Even though she transitioned into being an agent, Kim's heart still beats for paperwork. Her knack for organization and keen eye for detail shine through in everything she does. These qualities, along with her genuine dedication to top-notch customer service, make her a perfect fit for this role.
When she's not immersed in the real estate world, you'll find Kim enjoying the simple pleasures of life in the Yuba-Sutter area, surrounded by her cherished family and friends.
